Membership Policies
Membership Details
- Billing: Monthly automated billing
- Commitment: 4-month
- Credit Accumulation: Credits roll over and accumulate as long as you are an active member.
- Credit Sharing: Active members can share a credit with a friend for a fee of $15
Supplementing Credits
If you run out of credits, additional sessions can be purchased at the full drop-in rate.
Session Flexibility
Your membership credits are good for our Signature Recovery session with a Body Technician.
Upgrading/Downgrading Membership and Credit Value
Your existing credits keep their current cash value. New credits will have a different cash value based on your upgraded or downgraded membership.
Freezing Membership
You may freeze your membership for up to 2 months within a 12-month period by submitting a request.
Cancelling a Membership
Membership cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the next renewal date.
Unused Credits: Any unused membership credits will automatically convert to cash value at the end of the billing cycle and be added to your account.
Using Cash Value: Cash value can be applied to any full-price service for up to one year after cancellation. It cannot be used to purchase or renew a membership.
